Have Fun with Healthy Eating

Picked at Perfection is an urban farm that is teaching a healthier approach to sourcing and preparing home-grown foods. Here, not only can you learn how to plant and grow your own produce but how to also effectively close the loop on healthy eating by bringing food from the ground into your home and ultimately into a happy belly. Start creating meal traditions that can be passed down through the generations by using healthy and delicious meal choices that you can harvest at home.

Why We Do What We Do

We believe the human body has an innate ability to heal itself, and it starts with the fuel you put in it. There is a proven path to healing and eliminating needless suffering. We think this includes growing, harvesting, and making amazing plant-centered meals. By growing some of your own food, you make the healthy choice the easy choice, with food options right outside your door. By doing this you are also healing so much more, from bettering our soil and our climate to helping your family and the community.

What we offer is a progression that allows people to ultimately feel comfortable growing and harvesting their own meals. Begin with a complimentary Harvest for Health Tour and end with your very own pocket garden that will last through the generations.
